Mental Health Links

In addition to participating in psychotherapy, there are other really important things you can and should do to improve your mental well-being. Examples include making time to do hobbies and things you enjoy, making time to be productive, spending time with people you care about, practicing mindfulness meditation, and embracing a spiritual outlet. There is also research that suggests spending as little as 20 minutes in nature every day and even taking a cold shower for a minute can greatly improve our moods.

The following links are listed to provide you with additional online mental health care information. Please also check the additional links provided for physical health for a more comprehensive understanding of your over-all well-being.
